As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. With a focus on the consumer services industry, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who possess the language skills and industry knowledge necessary to excel in their respective roles.


Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Screening and assessing candidate qualifications, conducting initial phone interviews, and evaluating their language proficiency and industry experience
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and determine the best-fit candidates
  • Preparing and presenting candidate shortlists to clients, highlighting key qualifications and skills
  • Facilitating the interview process, coordinating schedules, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates

Requirements

  • Fluent in both written and spoken German with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
