Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement of candidates.
  • Develop and nurture a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continually refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to helping candidates achieve their career goals.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and recruitment events.
