We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Excel, and be a fluent English speaker. Responsibilities:

Network Replenishment: Focus on four distinct aspects of network replenishment within the EMEA region, including Axalta Warehouses and customer consignments, interregional demand within Axalta Coating Systems, export documentation arrangements, and reporting.

Demand Analysis: Analyze daily demand during lead times, identify abnormal demand patterns, and collaborate with our sales and marketing team and internal customers to verify causes.

SKU Order Management: Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, work closely with marketing/product managers, sales representatives, and customers to validate demand forecasts for each SKU.

STO Planning: Review and maintain planned STOs resulting from the daily DRP Planning Cycle, ensuring timely releases. Organize transportation for released STOs and oversee the supply chain process from PO creation to customer delivery.

Plan Exception Handling: Review and address plan exception messages, reschedule open orders when feasible, and coordinate with the demand manager to manage demand during supply shortages.

Collaboration: Maintain and facilitate communication between the Master Scheduler, Logistics Specialist, Demand Planner, and other Supply Chain processes. Ensure synchronization with Master Production Scheduling.

Issue Communication: Effectively communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plans, and potential resolutions.

Inventory Management: Determine SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support desired customer service levels while optimizing inventory costs within established standards.

Master Data Maintenance: Manage master data for the distribution/deployment network.

SKU Phase-in/Phase-out: Collaborate with customers, sales, and marketing to execute SKU phase-in/phase-out plans, including inventory redeployment during the phase-out period.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.

Proficiency in SAP and Excel at an advanced level.

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of demand planning and inventory management best practices is a plus.
