Tasks and Qualifications:
Misión:
Gestionar parque de máquinas a corto Plazo, gestionando recursos para conseguir resultados, canalizando peticiones de clientes o del Departamento Comercial.
Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
Canalizar peticiones de alquiler, seleccionando la máquina que más se adecue y generando ofertas en SAP (Software de gestión de empresas) para enviar a clientes.
Gestionar entrega de máquinas LTR (Long TermRental)desde la Central, contactando con el cliente final y los chófere; unificando retirada de la máquina STR (Short TermRental)si corresponde para reducir costes y optimizar recursos.
Recibir máquinas y materiales en la delegación, avisando a los departamentos/persona destinataria.
Formación, conocimientos & Experiencia:
Grado Superior en Administración o experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar en departamento de alquiler, gestión de tráfico o planificación de suministro logístico.
Formación no Reglada/Idiomas/Conocimientos específicos:
Office nivel avanzado.
PBI nivel usuario.
Compras a nivel avanzado.
Avanzados conocimientos en finanzas.
Nivel de Logística avanzado.
Software de gestión de empresas con habilidades avanzadas (SAP).
Avanzado nivel en Ventas.
Nivel de Inglés avanzado tanto hablado como escrito.
Competencias & habilidades:
Conocimiento del negocio y de la estructura de la empresa.
Persona resolutiva.
Capacidad de asumir cargas altas de trabajo.
Predisposición para ayudar a compañeros de otros departamentos.
