YOUR ROLE- Be an essential part of the global team that defines, develops, and executes the eCommerce strategy for Henkel Consumer Adhesives.
- Steer the e-Innovation pipeline, collaborating with the Marketing community to forecast future trends and identify market opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline for e-commerce success.
- Define the optimal portfolio and content strategies for entering new markets and acquiring new customers, tailoring approaches to meet diverse market needs.
- Proactively define and track key customer experience and performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive personalization and optimization initiatives across eCommerce platforms.
- Enhance the eCommerce experience by understanding and responding to customer needs, effectively positioning the right products, content, and additional offerings at opportune moments.
- Manages eCommerce accounts product portfolio timelines and goals.
- Provide regular updates on key product performance in the market, consumer acceptance and competitive landscape.
- Steers the e-commerce content creation across multiple locals collaborating with specialist agencies.
- Craft and execute a quarterly test roadmap focused on innovative content creation to enhance consumer engagement and experience.
- Collaborating with the Market Research team to gain insights into consumer behaviours on e-commerce, driving improved review strategies and conversion rates.
- Ongoing collaboration with operations to improve portfolio quality and adapt to new challenges on e-commerce.
- Facilitates the implementation of innovation on a local level to ensure execution excellence.
- Support the Global eCommerce Manager in defining the new product activation strategy.
- Serve as a key liaison with the Marketing community to foster and expand eCommerce capabilities throughout the organization.
- University degree, preferably in business administration/marketing.
- 5+ of relevant experience in FMCG in roles at marketing and digital/ecommerce.
- Passion for user-centric design, efficient workflows, digital communication and eCommerce innovation
- Understanding of digital metrics, retailing and economics of pure-player platforms and marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics or Amazon Advertising will be considered as a plus.
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Goal-oriented working style, reliable in project management.
- High level of passion for eCommerce, Digital marketing and trends, strong entrepreneurial drive, pro-active personality.
- Excellent English Communication and Writing skills are a must.
