Our PMO office overseesand coordinates the organization’s portfolio management activities and isresponsible for overseeing the execution of our masterplan and roadmap andproviding the transparency to our stakeholders and team. This office aims to standardize and improvethe processes and practices across our delivery and operations, and ensuresalignment and compliance with
- the global/corporate PMO standards, processes, andinitiatives
- Siemens Energy’s Finance, Accounting & Controltimelines and processes

**How You’llMake an Impact / Responsibilities**
- Define and manage the PMOprocesses and tools to support a consistent methodology for all enterpriseprograms and projects.
- Ensure effective project andportfolio decision support through design and provision of appropriate reportsand reporting cadence to governance boards, the leadership team, projectmanagers and business owners.
- Support executive reportingthat includes board read outs, KPIs, project health and status, inclusive offinancials and resource utilization.
- Monitor, plan and executeprogress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate and timelycommunication to all pertinent stakeholders.
- Identify and implementprocesses/services that build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Facilitate relationships withvarious stakeholders including vendors, to ensure that projects are deliveredon time, within budget and value.
- Synthesize key insights,highlighting gaps, identifying pain points, and understanding opportunity forvalue while tracking milestones and deliverables across the team.
- Thought leadership and supportportfolio managers from the different teams in providing consistent deliveryand portfolio governance across the Data & Advanced Analytics organization
- Experience in managing, supervising othersdirectly or indirectly is desired.

**What You Bring / skills,capabilities**
- Strong stakeholderengagement at all levels of the organization, with experience in influencingdirection and driving outcomes
- Excellentcommunications and engagement, with awareness and experience in different typesof medium and methods to capture and sustain attention and participation
- Experiencein developing and delivering learning and capability strategy and approach
- Experience and working knowledge (10+ years) with Digital initiatives, DataAnalytics projects or Software Development within a large, multi-nationalorganisation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects/progammes/portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies,tools and techniques in waterfall, lean and agile environments.
- Substantial experience of establishing program management frameworks withinlarge, complex, global organisations.
- Strong, well-developed communication skills and persuasiveness, coupledwith a confident demeanor and sharp business acumen.
- Experienced in the use of project management and collaboration software(e.g. Smartsheet/MS Project/JIRA/Trello/Service Now) and MS Office suite.
- Stronginterest and appreciation of the value and impact of data and AI, andenthusiasm to uncover emerging patterns and trends for successful engagement inthis space
- Provenexperience in navigating complex, matrixed organization, and driving outcome atscale
