En tant que Chief Financial Officer, tu  joueras un rôle clé dans notre projet d'internalisation des services financiers, une étape majeure pour notre développement. Cette initiative vise à intégrer l'ensemble de nos services financiers au sein de notre organisation pour dynamiser notre croissance et améliorer nos opérations. Tu travailleras donc en étroite collaboration avec la direction, les RH et les équipes opérationnelles.

Ce qu’on attend de toi : prendre en charge le reporting financier, mener des projets d'amélioration (unit economics), assurer la gestion des partenariats bancaires, contribuer à l'élaboration des prévisions trimestrielles et annuelles (forecasts) et jouer un rôle crucial dans d'éventuelles opérations de fusion ou d'acquisition (M&A).

Tes missions : 

  • Prendre le lead sur le processus d'internalisation des services financiers et comptables, en assurant une transition fluide et efficace avec notre prestataire externe
  • Superviser les rapports financiers de l'entreprise en produisant des analyses détaillées et précises pour la direction, afin d'améliorer les prises de décision
  • Assurer la supervision directe et l'exactitude de la saisie comptable interne
  • Collaborer avec les départements et la direction pour élaborer des stratégies financières visant à soutenir la croissance et à maximiser les performances
  • Diriger et mettre en œuvre des projets d'optimisation financière pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité de l'entreprise
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les institutions bancaires existantes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de partenariats financiers 
Votre profil

  • Diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe

  • Expérience professionnelle : 8 ans minimum en reporting financier et en gestion comptable

  • Expérience en Private Equity, Venture Capital est un big plus. 

  • Expérience en start up ou scale up est un plus

  • Connaissances demandées en SQL. Des compétences en Python seront considérées comme un atout.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires

  • Français & Anglais pro. Espagnol est un plus

  • Lieu : Barcelona 

  • Type de Contrat : Temps plein - CDI

  • Rémunération: compétitive selon l'expérience
