Para nuestro equipo de #Innovación, buscamos incorporar de forma inmediata, un perfil de Startup Communication Specialist.
Como Startup Communication Specialist, serás el arquitecto detrás de la voz y la estrategia de comunicación de las startups creadas por TheCUBE⚡️. Desde la fase de idea hasta su lanzamiento y escalado, diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias de comunicación integrales, apoyando el crecimiento y la visibilidad de nuestras startups. Este papel requiere una mezcla de habilidades analíticas y creativas, un enfoque orientado a los datos para el marketing y la comunicación, y una pasión por el ecosistema de startups. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la ejecución y efectividad de las estrategias planteadas♟️
Requisitos
Título universitario en Comunicación, Marketing, Negocios o campo relacionado.
Experiencia en roles de comunicación o marketing, preferiblemente en el entorno de startups o tecnología.
Fuerte comprensión de las dinámicas de medios digitales y tradicionales, y habilidad para adaptar estrategias a diferentes canales.
Excelente capacidad para analizar datos y extraer insights accionables.
Creatividad y habilidad para generar ideas de comunicación innovadoras y efectivas.
Competencia en herramientas de análisis digital, gestión de redes sociales y plataformas de automatización de marketing.
Fluidez en español e inglés, tanto escrito como oral.
