7+ years of relevant work experience in areas of program/project management or high-tech B2B sales-facing marketing role. - Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and managing and driving stakeholder alignment. - Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns. - Experience defining program requirements and using data and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results. - Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of delivering marketing programs at scale. - Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant field of study. - Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese a plus.

The Iberia Marketing team is seeking a talented, self-directed senior field marketer to lead our Startup marketing strategy for Iberia. Working backwards from the customer, you will partner with team members and stakeholders to develop and build scaled marketing programs to accelerate AWS adoption within the segment. As part of this role, you will gather market and customer insights and use these insights to develop and execute a marketing strategy for the startup segment. You will prioritize areas of focus and resources to achieve maximum impact, build multi-channel marketing plans, and use a data driven approach to decision making.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Startup Marketing strategy aligned to key business objectives.
- Create comprehensive project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners, escalate risks and challenges appropriately and ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve and maximize results of Startup Marketing activities.
- Build processes for efficiency, repeatability and scalability of programs.
- Think big to deliver new ideas and creative approaches to constantly improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with key EMEA stakeholders to increase efficiency of programs locally, as well as scale best practices.
