We are seeking a highly experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As part of the HR Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various HR functions, with a focus on payroll administration and other collective agreement key processes for our organization in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for our Spanish employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, social security, and tax regulations, and implement necessary updates in the payroll system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Finance and Legal departments, to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HR information system.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related activities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, with a particular focus on SAP HR modules.
- Generate reports and analyze payroll data to support management decision-making processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing expertise in HR operations and payroll administration.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR operations (+8 years of experience), with a strong focus on payroll administration for Spanish employees.
- Knowledge of Spanish labour laws, social security, and tax regulations.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or Labor Relations specializing in HR.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Labor, social security and tax regulations.
Languages
- Spanish and English fluency are a must.
- Portuguese is desirable.
