About The Role:
For our office in Barcelona we are who will be in charge of: looking for Proposal Department Assistant, who will be in charge of:
Be a single point of contact for assigned proposal correspondences, collects and organizes all related documents following the procedures and instructions. Creates all tender and administration documents such as organization charts, responsibility matrix, tender schedule, etc. Responsible for compiling tender documents and preparing tender packages. Ensures the correct authorization and signature workflow is respected. Ensures proper electronic archive of all proposals directly handled maintaining the Proposals databases. Gathers all relevant data and provides support to all Proposal team, preparing basic analysis and reports. Interfaces with portals and databases relevant client interface or commercial data management.About You:
High School Diploma or Technical Diploma
Experiences in related field. Experience as Document Controller preferred.
Experience in data management tools and digital interfaces.
Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Languages: Strong knowledge of English language.
