QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como consultor Learning Experience , tu objetivo será colaboración junto al Learning manager en la planificación y diseño curricular garantizando la alineación con los objetivos pedagógicos. Coordinación de los equipos involucrados en el desarrollo de los cursos y apoyo en la realización técnica. Análisis de procesos e investigación para la mejora.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Diseño de experiencias de aprendizaje en modalidades asíncronas y síncronas. Gestión de proyectos de aprendizaje usando metodologías ágiles. Coordinación de equipos de desarrollo (diseñadores instruccionales, diseñadores gráficos, ensamblaje). Creación de recursos audiovisuales e interactivos. Revisión de la calidad de los materiales educativos. Orientación técnica y apoyo para el desarrollo efectivo de contenido educativo. Investigación acerca de tecnología educativa para la innovación.

EXPERIENCIA

Mínimo años de experiencia en proyectos e-learning.

EDUCACIÓN

Licenciatura deseable en Pedagogía, Psicología, Psicopedagogía. Valorable formación en la Tecnología Educativa y Competencia digital. Formacion en diseño web.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

Conocimiento de Google UX Experiencia en gamificación, scape rooms, storytelling y copywriting aplicado a la educación. Experiencia en animación D y D, Desarrollo de productos multimedia interactivos y Montaje y postproducción de audiovisuales.  Adobe Creative Cloud: edición de video, diseño gráfico, ilustración, fotografía y retoque digital. Conocimientos de marketing digital y gestión de RRSS Conocimientos básicos de programación (JavaScript, C) Diseño web: HTML, CSS, configuración y gestión de CMS (WordPress, Prestashop, Google Sites…) E-learning technology: gestión de LMS y paquetes SCORM, xAPI y TinCan. Herramientas de autoría: Articulate , Adobe Captivate. Office , destacando Powerpoint y Word. Teaching Apps: Genially, EdPuzzle, Quizziz…
