About the team you are joining

Basedin Madrid and under the mentorship of the Senior Principal Airline Consultingand Head of Consulting for the Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) region,the Intern, IATA Consulting will participate in the consulting activities ofthe EMEA region.

What your day would be like

Assist IATA Consultants in preparingtechnical material (reports, presentations, etc.) in the frame of the projectsdelivered by IATA Consulting;

Coordinate logistics and administrativeissues;

Ask internal Subject Matter Experts if they are interested in participating inIATA Consulting projects;

Alongside IATA Consultants learn and create thepreparation of technical and commercial proposals;

Follow-up with clients / potentialclients and deliver outstanding customer service with timely responses toclient’s requests;

Support IATA Consultants to update thecommercial pipeline including the updating of projects credentials;

Complete any other administrative tasksto support the Consulting team.


We would love to hear from you if you have

Recently obtained a Bachelor or Masters degree (less than 12 months);

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability towrite reports in English and present them to managers;

A strong analytical mind-set and are detailed oriented;

Ability to workindependently and under deadlines;

A high level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel,Powerpoint, Access & Project;

Anyprevious experience you may have in the aviation industry, consultingdiscipline and/or commercial & business operations will be considered anasset;

Knowledgeof French and Arabic languages will beconsidered an asset.
