  • Akquise hochwertiger Wohnimmobilien im Südwesten Mallorcas
  • Generierung von Aufträgen und Vertragsabschlüssen
  • Beschaffung und Prüfung der Verkaufsunterlagen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Objektdokumentationen
  • Pflege der Immobilien-Datenbank
  • Präsentation der Objekte beim Verkaufsteam
  • Organisation von Team-Viewings
  • Kontaktpflege zu den Eigentümern

WER DU BIST:
Du bist leidenschaftlicher Vertriebler (m/w/d) oder Immobilienmakler (m/w/d) oder möchtest gern die Branche kennenlernen?

  • Erfahrung in der Vermittlung und Akquise von Immobilien
  • Profunde Kenntnisse des Immobiliensektors im Südwesten Mallorcas (Andratx - Cas Catala)
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen
  • Besitz eines PKWs und Führerscheins
  • Freundliches Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild 
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und einen professionellen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
