Buscamos a un/a Customer Service que nos ayude a seguir impulsando nuestro negocio, con al menos 2 años de experiencia en atención al consumidor, calidad y resolución eficiente de problemas.

Requisitos


Funciones de un/a Customer Service


1. Atender de manera proactiva las consultas, solicitudes y quejas de los clientes a través de diversos canales de comunicación, como correo electrónico, chat en vivo, teléfono y redes sociales.


2. Proporcionar asistencia y orientación sobre productos, pedidos, envíos, devoluciones y cualquier otra consulta relacionada con la experiencia de compra en línea.


3. Resolver eficazmente los problemas y preocupaciones de los clientes, garantizando una solución satisfactoria en tiempo y forma.


4. Registrar con precisión y documentar todas las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM telemarketing), manteniendo un historial completo y organizado.






Requisitos:
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en sectores relacionados con el marketing.


  • Capacidad demostrada para mantener altos estándares de calidad en el servicio al cliente.


  • Habilidad para identificar y resolver problemas de manera eficiente, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.


  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.


  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de clientes.
