What do you have to offer?
- Experience in managing IT projects at least 3 years
- Experience in SAP at least 1 year
- Full proficiency in English language, also nice to have German or French
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills
- A team player
Which task can you expect?
- Build relationship with customers (JPM- operational level, MPM – tactical level, SPM – Strategic level)
- Pro-actively communicate with customers about progress/risks/problems/etc
- Understand customer business and priorities
- Managing the project from start to end
- Assure frequent alignment with the customer and project team on all project activities
- Form project team to optimize project execution, select required competencies
- Assure all team members have access to customer environments but also to internal sdworx systems
- Monitor Project profitability
- Take care of customer invoicing
- Assess the workload and identify the increase or decrease of FTEs in the project team. Align with Staffing Management.
- Use Change Requests to align with the customer on any deviations to the initial contract/SoW
- Prepare and follow-up the signature of new SOW (if needed)
