Descripción

Nuestro cliente está buscando un Project Planner experimentado para unirse a su equipo de gestión de proyectos. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar una planificación precisa y un seguimiento exhaustivo de los proyectos, optimizando recursos y tiempos para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.

Responsibilidades

  • Elaboración de la planificación completa del proyecto utilizando MS Project para asegurar una visión global de las tareas y tiempos requeridos.
  • Integración de hitos de suministro tanto propios como de proveedores externos dentro del plan de compras, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales y equipos en las fechas necesarias.
  • Asistencia a reuniones de obra (cada martes por la mañana) para coordinar y comunicar avances y ajustes en el proyecto.
  • Elaboración de informes semanales para el seguimiento del proyecto, tanto para uso interno como para presentar al cliente.
  • Actualización del avance de obra y control de rendimientos, asegurando que los plazos y la calidad se mantengan según lo previsto.
  • Análisis de caminos críticos para identificar y resolver posibles cuellos de botella o problemas en el cronograma.
  • Preparación de la planificación detallada de las próximas semanas (6WLAP), permitiendo una gestión anticipada de las actividades a corto plazo.

  • Experiencia sólida en planificación y gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el sector de la construcción.
  • Dominio de MS Project como herramienta principal de planificación.
  • Conocimientos de Primavera P6 son deseables para posibles proyectos futuros.
  • Habilidades analíticas para realizar seguimiento y control de rendimientos.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva para participar en reuniones y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.
