Summary

Buscamos un Inside Sales orientado al cliente y con mentalidad estratégica, cuyo objetivo será mejorar las ventas y mantener la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. La posición implica un análisis meticuloso de pedidos, clientes y stock, además de una comunicación continua y efectiva entre departamentos.

What you'll do

Revisar diariamente la lista de pedidos abiertos. Supervisar y controlar el inventario actual en comparación con las necesidades. Elaborar informes: análisis y reporte de ventas, costos y márgenes. Mantener un seguimiento y contacto continuo con los clientes. Seguimiento de potenciales clientes (leads). Registrar pedidos e información comercial en el sistema SAP. Gestionar llamadas y tareas de atención al cliente a lo largo de todo el proceso de compra. Facilitar la comunicación entre los diferentes departamentos. Realizar visitas a clientes cuando sea necesario. Brindar apoyo al departamento comercial

What you'll bring

Título universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Comercio, o áreas similares. También se valoran titulaciones en Ingenierías Técnica Experiencia demostrada en gestión comercial y atención al cliente. Alta capacidad analítica y habilidad para gestionar grandes volúmenes de datos. Dominio de tablas dinámicas y del sistema SAP.
