Santander Consumer Finance Global Services provee servicios y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos al negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander (Santander Consumer Finance) cubriendo el end to end de la tecnología, desde el diseño de la arquitectura, gestión de la infraestructura, desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones propias y de terceros mantenimiento y soporte tecnológico y gestión de proyectos. Adicionalmente, proveemos servicios de consultoría de negocio, metodología y soporte funcional.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Consultor Business Analyst, tu objetivo diseñar, ejecutar y seguir los proyectos desde el punto de vista de arquitectura funcional controlando el progreso de la construcción para garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones prescritas.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Gestión, mantenimiento y actualización del mapa funcional de aplicaciones de SCF HQ, apoyo a los usuarios de Consumer en la toma de requerimientos para el cumplimiento de proyectos. Búsqueda de sinergias entre los distintos requerimientos recibidos con el objetivo de definir soluciones globales, innovadoras y reutilizables por todas las áreas y unidades. Acompañamiento en el desarrollo de los proyectos con el objetivo de dar apoyo funcional a los equipos técnicos, desde el momento de desarrollo hasta la puesta en producción y la post-implantación. Participación ee en los proyectos. Definición de validaciones técnicas y colaboración con el equipo de CDO para la definición de validaciones funcionales con el objetivo controlar la calidad de los datos enviados por las unidades Seguimiento y apoyo a las unidades de Consumer en el desarrollo de los proyectos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacionales en los distintos países en los que tiene presencia SCF. Coordinación con Corporación para al análisis de los requerimientos definidos desde el Grupo Santander y el estudio de impacto en el modelo de datos del ecosistema de SCF Definición de estrategia funcional que sirva para priorizar proyectos en base a las necesidades de las áreas. Búsqueda de nuevos casos de uso a implementar sobre el Ecosistema de Datos de SCF que aporten valor técnico, funcional y al negocio. EXPERIENCIA

Perfil funcional con experiencia de entre a años en la ejecución de proyectos IT en el ámbito de analista funcional o Arquitectura Funcional

EDUCACIÓN

Ingeniería/Licenciatura

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

- Conocimientos funcionales amplios en normativas bancarias regulatorias: IFRS, New Default, normativa prudencial, MREL...

- Conocimientos profundos de modelado de datos y de estrategias de aprovisionamiento incremental

- Conocimientos de herramientas corporativas del grupo Santander y de SCF.

- Conocimientos de implementación y automatización de validaciones tanto técnicas como funcionales

- Nivel alto de inglés.

OTRA INFORMACIÓN

Capacidad para trabajar habitualmente en inglés (reuniones, llamadas telefónicas, emails, presentaciones orales y escritas).
