**Santander **is looking for a Digital Ecosystem Analyst based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a **Digital Ecosystem Analyst **you will be part of the project to provide the bank new business models based on data. This job will play a critical role implementing digital market strategies as well as keeping up to date on digital ecosystem changes to enable adaptation. This position will provide support to joint efforts between Digital Marketing and Models & Data.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Explore and assess internet behavioral data in different use cases (Adtech, digital sales and channel optimization)
- Support joint projects with Digital Marketing, Models& Data and IT:
- Help to unify measurement generating a detailed understanding of the full customer journeys from 1st exposure to an advertising impression to actual contracting of a product. Develop global dashboard to track metrics across full funnel
- Support the implementation of a data model across digital funnels and across countries
- Follow up and dashboard automation
- Partnership and optimizing data Providers and key digital players
- Engage CRM and Digital buiness
- Collaborate with relevant internet player to understand digital ecosystem changes to enable adaptation
- Support to new data driven business models
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience in the following areas: Digital experience, managing CRM campaigns, digital business, experience in data business models (taxonomy) and business analytics.
EDUCATION
Engineering, BA with digital education, ideally complemented with an MBA
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Data programming (SQL, Host,...), Google Analytics or similar, understanding of technological processes, architecture and data flows in the digital ecosystem
- English
