Empresa que da formación, tours y vuelos VIP en helicóptero. Actualmente en búsqueda de un Safety & Compliance Manager (sector aeronáutico) para su departamento de operaciones. Oficinas en Sabadell (Barcelona).

El Safety & Compliance Manager (sector (aeronáutico) tendrá las siguientes funciones:

Gestión de Operaciones:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de la flota aeronáutica.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP).
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.



Seguridad (Safety):

  • Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de seguridad (SMS).
  • Realizar auditorías de seguridad y análisis de riesgos.
  • Desarrollar e impartir programas de formación en seguridad para el personal.



Cumplimiento (Compliance):

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas aeronáuticas locales e internacionales.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación de cumplimiento y certificaciones.
  • Coordinar con autoridades reguladoras y participar en inspecciones y auditorías.



El Safety & Compliance Manager (aeronáutico) deberá tener la siguiente experiencia y formación:

  • Formación: Ingeniero Aeronáutico o Ingeniero Técnico Aeronáutico.
  • Experiencia: Imprescindible mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el sector aeronáutico, trabajando en el departamento de operaciones y/o aeronavegabilidad.



Habilidades y Competencias:

  • Conocimiento profundo de las normativas aeronáuticas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad y atención al detalle.
