¿Quiénes somos?
Desde Tadatic buscamos un perfil SDR para incorporar en una empresa dedicada al desarrollo de un SaaS integral de recursos humanos que facilita a las organizaciones la digitalización completa de la gestión del capital humano (HCM) y la nómina.
Te unirás a un quipo de más de 150 profesionales y en constante crecimiento.
Tareas¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Realizar llamadas a clientes potenciales para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Seguir un guion de llamadas y registrar información precisa en el sistema CRM.
- Establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales y entender sus necesidades.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para generar leads cualificados.
- Enviar correos electrónicos de seguimiento a clientes potenciales.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de llamadas y generación de leads establecidos por la empresa.
¿Qué valoramos para esta posición?
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidades de persuasión.
- Familiaridad con el uso de herramientas de CRM.
- Experiencia previa en ventas telefónicas con productos B2B.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Modalidad híbrida
- Horario flexible de entrada (8-10am) y salida (17-19pm). Viernes, veranos (15 de junio-15 septiembre) y víspera de festivo nacional, intensivo hasta las 15h.
