As a Marketplace Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketplace strategy and driving growth across various sales channels.

Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of strategic vision, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace landscape, competitors, and industry trends to nurture our wholesale team with a clear strategic vision of our marketplace presence, aligning it with overall business goals and game plan. Conduct dedicated market analysis to identify growth opportunities while translating insights into actionable strategies. Coordinate key reporting activities with our Business Analysis team to promote a culture where data-driven decisions lead to impactful actions. Maximize sell-out by analyzing marketplace performance, identifying white spots, and exploring distribution opportunities. Support the Sales Development Senior Manager with insights and recommendations. Key Stakeholders:

Sales Team Business Analysis Business Development Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) Account Activation (Omnichannel, Marketing) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical skills, business, and forecasting acumen. Proficiency in data interpretation to translate data into actionable plans. Strategic thinking: strong vision and planning to develop a clear strategy. Interpersonal skills and strong influencing capabilities. Challenge the status quo, bring innovation and proactive mindset. Financial acumen will be a plus. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field. +5 years working as or with strategic or key accounts. Sports marketplace experience will be valuable. English: advanced level IT skills: advanced Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
