Inside Sales Representative

Territory Covered - California and Hawaii

The Inside Sales Representative role is a quota-based sales position, with a defined territory, selling Medical Equipment Supply and Medical Device Supply items that work with both Natus Equipment/Devices as well as competitor Equipment/Devices. This person is assigned a number of field Representatives, who are responsible for both Hardware and associated supply sales. The ISR works in conjunction with the Field Representatives to further the supply sales in their territory.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

Promote and sell Natus supply products to hospitals and private facilities via telephone/email/zoom. Partner with assigned District Sales Managers on Supply sales.  Cover California and Hawaii with annual sales Quota.  Work with Customer Service/Order Entry to insure the smooth flow of orders Maintain, track and report detailed records of all activities as required. Evaluate and qualify leads from tradeshows, conferences, etc. Continuously create prospects to develop new clients, as well as, expand existing relationships and products of assigned accounts. Place sample orders with customer service, as needed, for qualified customers. Respond to customer questions for assigned products. Manage data regarding prospective and existing customers, by using company systems to look up customer data, order history and any other related data management tools that may be required. Quote current product promotions, work with sales team and marketing during promotion time frame.

What we are looking for:- Basic qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year university. –Targeted education and experience may be considered (i.e: Background as an EEG, EMG, PSG technician) 2+ years in quota based sales required Strong Technical Abilities with Microsoft Office Suite products

Preferred Skills:

Seibel (Customer Relationship Management System) Experience in Medical Device Sales

Travel Required: Minimal
