Le Rôle : SDR Lead - H/F/X
Le SDR Lead se positionne comme véritable bras droit du Sales Ops Director.
Il/elle occupe une partie de son temps à des fonctions de SDR, et aura progressivement à charge des responsabilités orientées SDR Lead avec pour objectif de contribuer à la structuration, animation et encadrement des activités opérationnelles de l’équipe SDR.
Responsabilités :
Scope des activités SDR:
Travailler avec les équipes Business sur la segmentation du marché, le ciblage des Grands Comptes / PME et définir une stratégie d’acquisition « Outbound »
Définir et identifier les bons prospects (Ideal Customer Profile) et créer des listes de prospection qualifiées
Mener des actions de prospections
Appels de prospection (Cold Calling et Warm Calling) – Convaincre et traitements d’objections etc..
Approche multi-canale (emailing, réseaux sociaux, etc)
Travail de recherche et d’analyse Market Intelligence (analyse de marché, analyse de compte, analyse concurrentielle)
Créer des campagnes multicanales automatisées dans le but de générer des rendez-vous
Mesurer et rapporter la performance de toutes les campagnes et l’évaluer par rapport aux objectifs
Suivi des KPIs, mesure du ROI des actions menées et optimisation des process (dont le CRM) pour améliorer la stratégie d’acquisition
Scope des activités SDR Lead:
Travailler sur la mise en place de nouveaux processus commerciaux et amélioration des existants
Contribution aux réflexions stratégiques de segmentation du marché, approche commerciale, création de contenu en lien avec le Marketing, analyse Market Intelligence…
Préparation et animation des réunions hebdomadaire de cadrage commercial des SDR
Préparation et co-animation des points de pilotage mensuels de l’activité SDR (revue des KPI, mesure du ROI, revue et définition des objectifs)
Participation au coaching et formation des équipes SDR
Suivi opérationnel des activités SDR (validation qualité des leads, vérification des ICP/IAP, suivi et analyse reporting Hubspot, suivi des méthodes SDR)
Animation opérationnelle de l’activité SDR
Management opérationnel d’équipe
Alimenter et enrichir la documentation (Sales Playbook, formations, plan d’onboarding, guide d’utilisation, etc.)
Ce que nous recherchons :
Tu es issu(e) d'une formation commerciale et tu recherches un nouveau challenge.
Tu as déjà obtenu une première expérience en tant que SDR, idéalement dans un cabinet de conseil.
Passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies, l’entreprenariat, la vente et le marketing
Connaissances des outils d’automation, d’emailing, de data enrichment (Lemlist, Zapier, Dropcontact…)
Tu as des notions en copywriting et tu adores tester de nouvelles idées
Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone et tu es capable d’ouvrir des portes
Tu es polyvalent(e), créatif(ve), toujours force de proposition et tu n’abandonnes JAMAIS
Nous cherchons avant tout quelqu’un avec un profil entrepreneur et autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives au sein d’une startup et d’une équipe en pleine croissance
Idéalement, tu recherches un stage de fin d'études. Nous aimerions te garder sur le long terme
Tu parles couramment l'anglais et le français
