HR Business Partner

Job Description

Reporting the the HR Director Iberia, the HR Business Partner will lead the HR activities to support functions in the achievement of their goals through the design, development and implementation of HR initiatives, projects, programs and actions in line with the EMEA HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roll-out of the HR strategy, initiatives and programs from Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & inclusion, …

• Identify Best practices in HR for the supported functions and share them with the HR community.

• Labour relations - Understands and articulates key labour issues and employment law in Spain

• Implement the changes and coordinate with communication and the local HR teams if needed.

• Lead and own the recruitments for the functions supported with a focus on hiring for potential in Okondo & Iberia

Requirements

A first experience as HR generalist in a industrial environmentStrong Change Management capabilities and stakeholder managementExperience with Spanish legislation and labor lawExperience with Workday is a plusStrong business acumen and ability to prioritize and take ownership for a heavy workload whilst continuing to deliver high quality of workFluent in Spanish & English
