Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP BTP Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be primarily responsible for extension development on the SAP Business Technology Platform. This role requires a foundation in SAP technologies and a keen interest in building scalable and efficient extensions to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to design, develop, and implement SAP BTP solutions.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Customize and configure SAP BTP applications to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Stay updated on SAP BTP developments and recommend improvements to current systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, HTML5, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of SAP BTP concepts and hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
