We are searching for someone who is a proactive and collaborative developer and who has experience working with business users supporting and adapting reliable, consistent and fit to purpose HR applications.As ABAP Specialist developer you'll be responsible for implementing new ABAP projects as well as maintaining/enhancing existing ABAP coding. We need someone who is focused on developing high-quality code with very low regression risk and easy to be maintained by others.Mandatory skills:+4 years of ABAP developing experience.Technical University Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, etc)Excellent object-oriented programming skills (SAP ABAP is a plus)High understanding of software development cyclesOutgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills in English (Any other European language is welcome)Ability to work independently of direct supervisionAbility to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing businessStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentOutstanding Stakeholder engagement – maintaining good working relationships with business stakeholders and providing advice and guidance as requested
