Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our pool of external consultants and support a global pharmaceutical client.

As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve specific marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape.

Requirements• Ideally with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and working with large budgets across multiple countries
• Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with another social platform is a bonus
• Knowledge of data feed management tooling and social advertising tooling.
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirements
• Experience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus, as we use it to measure and analyze our digital marketing efforts
• Proficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts
• Experience with tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimization

Desired Skills:

• Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Agency experience is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong belief in the added value of paid social media to the marketing funnel
• Intrinsic curiosity to stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media developments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
