As Digital Performance Director, you will provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s digital performance marketing needs are met. 

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Business – you will deliver the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the digital performance business on individual clients.

• Relationship Management – you will own the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client.

• Proactively Identify Client Development Opportunities – you will flag specific clients cross sell and upsell opportunities.

• Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – you will drive seamless delivery and profitability of account.

• Team Management – you will manage and motivate the team around the clients objectives and culture.

• Digital performance product definition – you will lead and collaborate in digital performance product and solutions offering to clients.

Requirements

+8 years of experience in digital performance marketing .

Consistent record of building solid relationships with stakeholders (clients, media partners, other internal departments) .

Experience across paid search, social, display, affiliation and programmatic

Comfortable with media tech & analytics language and tools

Enjoy leading and participating in attracting new clients and developing ad hoc media solutions for different categories

Fluent in Spanish and English.
