Job Description
Sus funciones serán las siguientes:
Soporte especializado de la infraestructura de Red Móvil Mejora del servicio a través de la restauración de incidencias, colaboración en la resolución de las mismas, detección de carencias, fallos en la operación y establecimiento, junto al equipo de Service Management, de los procedimientos de operación y soporte necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del servicio. Orientación extrema a extremo en la resolución de incidencias de cliente. Elaboración de puntos de mejora con suministradores. Soporte especializado 24x7 del servicio IoT y Redes Privadas con responsabilidad E2E del servicio basado en las plataformas EP5G (Ericsson) y NDAC (Nokia). Colaboración en tareas de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de Integración de nuevos clientes en la medida en que éstas afecten al actual funcionamiento de la red privada implantada en cliente. Revisión, validación e incluso ejecución de Trabajos Programados. Participación en las propuestas de mejoras tecnológicas y de procesos en el servicio. Disponibilidad para hacer guardias 24x7x365 para el escalado de incidencias de clientes VIP. Interlocución técnica con los suministradores de nodos y plataformas (Ericsson, HP, Oracle, etc.) en asuntos de Soporte técnico de Nivel 3 con proveedores externos. Atención de tickets de cliente garantizando una buena gestión E2E de dichos tickets. Preparación de procedimientos Operativos de N1 y HelpDesk. Tareas de mantenimiento proactivas, como trabajos de mejora de la plataforma para la prevención de incidentes Supervisión y seguimiento de KPIs del servicio de Redes Privadas. Gestión de capacidades de la plataforma.Titulación:
Ingenierías en Telecomunicaciones / Informática
Conocimientos:
Servicio IoT Dispositivos móviles Experiencia y conocimiento de Networking y arquitectura Redes Móviles 2G/3G/4G/5G Experiencia y conocimientos en plataformas de Red Inteligente (STP, SSP y SCP). Experiencia y conocimientos en plataformas y BBDD Móviles ( FNR/UDB/HLR/AuC ). Experiencia en protocolos ( SS7, ISUP, INAP, TCAP, SCCP, CS1, CAP, SIGTRAN, DIAMETER ) Experiencia en servicios Móviles: Voz (MSC/VLR), SMS (CMC) y Datos (SGSN/MME/GGSN/PDNGW). Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas Red. Conocimiento y manejo de documentación técnica: especificaciones CCITT, GSMA, 3GPP, planes de prueba, informes técnicos, etc…Experiencia:
Experiencia de al menos 4 años en:
Desarrollo, Ingeniería, u Operación de servicios IoT Desarrollo, Ingeniería, u Operación de Redes móviles Desarrollo, Ingeniería, u Operación técnica de roaming Desarrollo, Ingeniería, u Operación técnica de plataformas de comunicaciones.Idiomas:
