Responsable de la calidad del producto que gestiona. Definición y planificación de la estrategia de validación de proyectos actuales y futuros. Control de un servicio externo de validación y liberación de las tareas planificadas. Planificación de necesidades y recursos a medio y largo plazo. Reuniones operativas relacionadas con el producto. Generación, gestión y seguimiento de los errores y sus cambios, así como la generación de informes. Gestión de denuncias externas de diferentes departamentos. Preparación, organización y moderación de las reuniones de errores y tareas, así como la participación en foros de consorcio. Priorización y escalación de errores ante consorcio y proveedor. Priorización y escalación de blockers en el la validación de un proyecto. Realizar HowTo necesarios para mantener el nivel de calidad en los tickets. Responsable de la gestión de los diferentes “change request” desde su creación hasta su aprobación. Informar y recopilar necesidades técnicas de las áreas y funciones. Coordinador de las pruebas dinámicas.
Requisitos:
Ingeniería electrónica/ telecomunicaciones / eléctrica / aeronáutica. Persona metódica y organizada. Idiomas: inglés alto como requisito. Ofimática: Paquete MS Office, MS Project. Permiso de Conducir B.
