Il tuo ruolo:
- Parteciperai a numerose riunioni per acquisire familiarità con i principi operativi di una scale-up.
- Darai supporto a un team responsabile della generazione di lead e della loro trasformazione in partnership.
- In qualità di Business Developer e responsabile della creazione di partnership, ti occuperai della prospezione telefonica, della formazione, del monitoraggio e del coaching del portafoglio del tuo team.
- Imparerai a comunicare chiaramente i valori e la cultura di papernest. Parteciperai a "side projects" per ampliare le tue conoscenze trasversali.

- Sei disponibile a trasferirti a Barcellona per un periodo di 5/6 mesi (a partire da settembre).
