What do we offer?
We are looking for a People Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our People team's daily activities.. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR/People and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruitment and others part of the employee experience.
What will you do?
- Screening and evaluation of applications.
- Independent and active search for the best talents for our team.
- Pre-selecting applicants and conducting first recruiting interviews.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Godd knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- BSc in Labor Relations or other HR relative studies (we must be able to sign a traineeship agreement with your colleague/university)
