**About you**

You are about to graduate from Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology or equivalent and are looking for a fast-paced company in which to complete your curricular or extracurricular internship. You are a fast learner, have a hands on approach and thrive in an international environment.

**About your day-to-day**:

- Support HR team to revise and update existing HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR Generalist to manage leaves, vacation requests and other leaves.
- Review and update employees’ documentation.
- Help with the migration of our HRIS.
- Follow-up on employees’ queries about benefits, perks or other HR matters.
- Support the HR Generalist in day-to-day tasks.

**This is for you if you have**
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)
- Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs
- Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient
- Able to work under pressure and with uncertainty
- Familiarity with Spanish Law and Convenios Colectivos

**Education**
- BSc in Labour Relationships, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field

**Special requirement**

For this position **you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain**
