Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de D4PS en Madrid, Gran Canarias, Tenerife Barcelona y ValladolidBuscamos un líder tecnológico con orientación hacia la gestión de equipos como Technical Lead para que se incorpore a nuestra unidad tecnológica de Public Sector & Health, D4PS - Technology that serves society. ¿Qué es D4PS?En D4PS tenemos la misión de proporcionar capacidades tecnológicas globales y transversales en la ejecución de los proyectos en el ámbito de la administración pública nacional.Nuestro equipo de D4PS está compuesto por un grupo de tecnólogos adaptados al contexto y las necesidades propias de los organismos públicos, tomando un papel relevante como referentes tecnológicos de las soluciones aplicadas en los proyectos. El objetivo de D4PS es liderar la transformación digital en un ecosistema Java, utilizando principalmente como stack tecnológico Spring Boot, Angular y Kubernetes, aplicando metodologías Agile, cultura DevOps y orientación hacia la automatización.Además, tenemos un modelo de carreras personalizado con revisión salarial anual o semestral según categoría, apuesta clara por la formación (técnica, metodológica y competencial) continua, acceso a certificaciones, diferentes modalidades de trabajo (incluyendo el teletrabajo), conciliación laboral (flexibilidad horaria y jornada intensiva los viernes y los meses de verano) y beneficios sociales (seguro de vida, mutua de salud y ayuda flexible que te permitirán destinar tu retribución flexible a aquello que necesites). ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?Liderar/supervisar un proyecto a nivel tecnológico.Ser un referente y aportar valor desde el conocimiento tecnológico al equipo.Plantear soluciones innovadoras/diferenciales.Garantizar la sostenibilidad y alineamiento de las soluciones con las necesidades del cliente.Realizar diagnósticos, estructurar y resolver retos/problemas complejos.
