La vacante pertenece al departamento de Procesos que se encuadra en la Dirección de Planificación, Control y Recursos, perteneciente a la Dirección Ejecutiva de Trading.

Es un puesto de responsable de la plataforma ETRM que se enmarca en el grupo de Producto ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) de reciente creación dentro del área, con funciones gobierno sobre la plataforma ETRM que está compuesta por una arquitectura de sistemas y que dan cobertura a las diferentes capacidades o líneas de negocio en el área de Trading.

Será responsable de la operación/evolución de la plataforma desde un punto de vista técnico/arquitectónico, en coordinación con el Operation Lead (responsable último de toda la operación del producto ETRM desde un punto de vista funcional/proceso de negocio).

Trading en Repsol es un negocio en crecimiento y, por lo tanto, se enfrenta a diversos retos: flexibilidad vs control, agilidad, eficiencia, colaboración, evolución, nuevas necesidades etc. Nuestra misión es aportar valor al negocio asegurando la correcta operación de los sistemas y procesos que componen el Producto ETRM, proponiendo soluciones que den cobertura a sus necesidades, poniendo foco en la eficiencia en los procesos con visión global y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y buen uso de las herramientas en la organización. Colaboramos en la transformación del negocio liderando el gobierno de los procesos y soluciones (sistemas) enmarcado en un modelo de gestión multidisciplinar y muy colaborativo.

Las principales funciones del puesto son:

Gobierno de la plataforma ofreciendo un entorno seguro, escalable y de alta disponibilidad para la operación/evolución del producto con entrega continua.Coordinación con los roles de Product Owner / Delivery Lead y Operation Lead para tener visión de las necesidades, identificar oportunidades de mejora y en definitiva para priorizar y establecer un roadmap de operación/evolución de plataformaParticipar en las reuniones de revisión de estrategia, estando al día de las iniciativas de Delivery para evaluar sus impactos, y especialmente en la Infraestructura / PlataformaEntender las necesidades de negocio, y estar al día de las iniciativas del producto ETRM para supervisar el diseño de las soluciones de la plataforma garantizando que son lo más estándar posible y que aseguran una operación madura sostenible y que minimizan el TCO.Liderar la operación/evolución y gestión presupuestaria (incluyendo el Soporte y Disponibilidad) de los distintos componentes de la plataforma y gestión del equipo externo que da servicio a nivel de plataforma. Desarrollar al equipo para aumentar la madurez en el modelo operativo.Liderar la operación, evolución, gestión presupuestaria y gestión del equipo externo de Automatizaciones que se encuadra en un entorno tecnológico distinto al resto del producto ETRM (herramientas DIY, Office 365, Azure DevOps, RPAs,…). Desarrollar al equipo para aumentar la madurez en el modelo operativo.Gestión de los contratos de aplicaciones SaaS del ETRM, y control y supervisión del presupuesto de la infraestructura de las aplicaciones del ETRM y las licencias SaaS.Recopilar y gestionar necesidades, prioridades y niveles de satisfacción de la plataforma de forma continua, así como su nivel de uso.Gestión end-to-end de la plataforma del ETRM, contemplando todos los sistemas involucrados, las integraciones entre los mismos y la monitorización de la operación.Asegurar que el ecosistema de la plataforma pueda dar cobertura a las necesidades de los procesos de negocio que soporta, en cuanto a performance, seguridad, escalabilidad,…Asegurar que el ecosistema de la plataforma dispone de las herramientas y procedimientos necesarios para que los equipos de desarrollo puedan realizar sus tareas de la manera más eficiente posible en el ámbito DevSecOps.Liderar el diseño e implementación de tecnologías para el escalado/mejora de la plataforma ETRM (infra, recursos, herramientas), asegurando la estabilidad y disponibilidad de la misma y eliminar cuellos de botella e ineficiencias en el ecosistema de la plataforma. P.ej. Uso de Gateways exclusivos, incremento de capacidad de disco.Garantizar la modularidad, escalabilidad y "apificación" de la arquitectura tecnológica de la Plataforma, para respaldar el crecimiento en el volumen de transacciones durante períodos de alta demanda, siempre y cuando la funcionalidad implementada permita dicho crecimiento.Interlocución directa con el Product Owner, así como con los diferentes equipos de TI /Digital involucrados (funcionales - IT&D business partner y técnicos – Arquitectura, Productos y Plataformas, hubs, Servicios de Infraestructura, Ingeniería…).Seguimiento a las acciones derivadas de las auditorías realizadas a la plataforma y requerimientos de Ciberseguridad. Responder rápidamente a las acciones necesarias para atacar nuevas amenazas de seguridad y vulnerabilidades emergentes. Ambas, desde el punto de vista de infraestructura.Definir y gestionar el roadmap de transformación a DevSecOps desde el punto de vista tecnológico (ciberseguridad, migración TFS a GIT, herramientas de desarrollo, procedimientos, automatización de procesos de despliegue).Asume el rol de Security Champions dentro del producto ETRM

Requisitos:

Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales, capaz de entender un modelo de datos y elaborar consultas SQL sobre modelos de datos complejos.Conocimiento en base de datos (SQL) y servicios webConocimiento de herramientas DIY, Office 365, Azure DevOpsExperiencia en la gestión del cambio y entrega de proyectos, estabilización tras puesta en producción, etc.Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.Habilidades de gestión de stakeholders capaz de construir relaciones y credibilidad con los usuarios de negocio y los equipos de TI/Digital.Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de servicios y proyectos.
