SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Requisitos

Formación académica Formación académica en administración de empresas, finanzas o disciplina relacionada. Experiencia (al menos 1 año) previa en funciones similares o conocimientos básicos en compras y facturación Capacidad demostrada para el uso de ordenadores, y otras aplicaciones técnicas para analizar y comunicar información. Alto conocimiento en Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc… Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita. Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente. Se apreciará debidamente poseer un nivel de Inglés B2 o superior. Español a nivel de competencia

Descripción del puesto

1. Procesamiento de pedidos ce compra:

Recopilar y procesar los pedidos de compra recibidos de los diferentes departamentos de la empresa, verificando la información y la documentación correspondiente. Revisar los detalles de los pedidos, como productos, cantidades y plazos de entrega, asegurándose de que sean precisos y completos antes de continuar con el proceso. Coordinar con proveedores y departamentos internos, como logística y almacén, para garantizar la disponibilidad de los productos y organizar la entrega en los plazos requeridos.

2. Gestión de facturación: 

Preparar y emitir el lanzamiento de los pedidos de venta a nuestros diferentes clientes una vez que le material comprado ha llegado a nuestras instalaciones.  Verificar la documentación relacionada con las ventas, como órdenes de compra y acuerdos contractuales, para asegurar que las facturas cumplan con los términos acordados.  Realizar un seguimiento del proceso de entrega, asegurándose de que los pedidos se entreguen dentro de los plazos acordados y resolviendo cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir.  Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de entrega y resolver cualquier consulta o problema relacionado. 

3. Resolución de incidencias administrativas: 

Gestionar y resolver cualquier incidencia relacionada con la facturación, como errores en las facturas, discrepancias en los precios , etc..  Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de entrega y resolver cualquier consulta o problema relacionado.  Colaborar con otros departamentos internos, como ventas o contabilidad, para resolver y mejorar los procesos relacionados con la compra y posterior facturación de los productos comprados a nuestros clientes.

Modalidad de trabajo

Hibrido - 2 días de teletrabajo, viernes más otro día de designación por parte del manager. 3 días en la oficina. Los días que se viene a la oficina posibilidad de trabajar por las tardes en casa si el empleado quiere.

Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9 a 14 y de 15 a 18:30. Viernes de 9 a 14.

Horario de 08:00 a 15:00 del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre.
