Over the coming years, we will be scaling our restaurants’ geographical and digital footprint to ensure that our customers can interact with our brand wherever they are. We aim to become a leading restaurant lifestyle brand in Europe with over 100 restaurants in the next 5 years. Our digital products which we’re building from the ground up are helping drive additional customer and revenue growth while maximizing operational efficiency, and ultimately play a role in how we’ll build the next generation of restaurants. We see this as an amazing opportunity to join the company as we build our product and scale globally. 


We are looking for a hardworking and self-driven individual who can drive our expansion in France (Paris) and in other major European cities. You must know the perfect spots where a continual traffic of clients is ensured, as well being up to date with local planning and operational laws to ensure the success of each bid. 

We need someone with a radar for high-traffic spots and an uncanny ability to navigate the intricacies of local planning and operational laws to ensure our bids not only succeed but dominate.

In this role you will:  

Leading the expansion of honest greens in all major European cities. 
As the mastermind behind our growth strategy, your mission is to unearth prime locations in major cities, with Paris taking center stage. Forge powerful connections with landlords and authorities, navigating the intricate landscapes of municipalities and public administration to secure our foothold. Conduct site-specific market value calculations and evaluations, ensuring each spot aligns seamlessly with Honest Greens' vision. Maintain a dynamic network by engaging with estate agents, real estate sellers, and the key players in center operations. Your ability to foster these relationships will be the driving force behind our success in every new market. Ensuring the acquisition and negotiation of contracts and the implementation of objective contract reviews.

What you need to be successful:

Deep knowledge of the country’s market and culture, including experience within retail/ hospitality. Knowledge of the country’s regulatory and legal framework. Strong presentation, negotiation and financial planning skills. Willingness to travel internationally across Europe and Globally when required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with adaptability to change. Fluent English and another European language; high level of French would be a plus. Minimum 3 years experience sourcing commercial locations in European countries, France being a plus.
