Responsabilidades

  • Procesar la nómina de manera oportuna y precisa
  • Gestionar las altas y bajas de personal en el sistema de nómina
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales
  • Calcular y aplicar deducciones y aportaciones obligatorias de los salarios de los empleados
  • Modificar los salarios según sea necesario para incluir aumentos, deducciones o bonificaciones
  • Calcular el tiempo acumulado de vacaciones, coordinar las solicitudes de vacaciones y garantizar el pago de vacaciones oportuno y preciso
  • Colaborar con el equipo de contabilidad para garantizar la precisión financiera
  • Resolver problemas relacionados con la nómina de manera eficiente y efectiva
  • Colaborar en la selección e implementación de un sistema de procesamiento de nómina
  • Contratar y capacitar al equipo necesario para dar soporte en nómina a más de 300 empleados distribuidos en la República, principalmente en Guadalajara y Hermosillo
  • Apoyar con la preparación de los documentos para pago de impuestos de la empresa mexicana
  • Gestionar la distribución de vales de comida, asignaciones de internet y otros beneficios libres de impuestos

Requisitos

  • Competencia sólida en inglés escrito
  • Conocimiento de LFT, LSS y LISR
  • Habilidades para navegar en los sistemas de nómina
  • Dominio del SUA (software proporcionado por el Instituto de Seguridad Social para el cálculo de cuotas entre empleadores y trabajadores)
  • Dominio de los portales y funcionalidades del IDSE
  • Experiencia en la gestión de deducciones y pagos a través de los portales de FONACOT e INFONAVIT
  • Experiencia en procesos y cálculos de nómina (PTU, bono, ISR)
  • Exactitud en el registro contable de pólizas y provisiones en distintos sistemas ERP
  • Capacidad para calcular el impuesto sobre la nómina de manera eficiente
  • Experiencia en conciliaciones de nómina y impuestos
  • Conocimiento del timbrado de nóminas
  • Capacidad para generar facturas fiscales en formato CFDI
  • Experiencia trabajando con un equipo de más de 100 miembros

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Register and remove personnel from the payroll
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Calculate and apply mandatory deductions and contributions from employee salaries
  • Modify salaries as needed to include raises, deductions, or bonuses
  • Calculate accrued vacation time, coordinate vacation requests, and ensure timely and accurate vacation pay
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure financial accuracy
  • Resolve payroll-related problems efficiently and effectively
  • Help choose and implement a payroll processing system
  • Hire and train a team who will support over 300 people in Guadalajara, Hermosillo primarily, and other parts of Mexico for remote employees
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents for our corporation in Mexico
  • Manage distribution of food vouchers and internet allowance tax-free contributions

What You Must Possess

  • Adequate English comprehension (written)
  • Knowledge of LFT, LSS, and LISR
  • Skills in navigating payroll systems
  • Proficiency in SUA (Social Security Institute-provided software for employer-worker quota calculations)
  • Proficiency in IDSE portals and functionalities
  • Proficiency in managing discounts and payments through the FONACOT and INFONAVIT portals
  • Expertise in payroll processes and calculations (PTU, bonus, ISR)
  • Accuracy in accounting record of policies and provisions in different ERPs
  • Ability to calculate payroll tax efficiently
  • Expertise in payroll and tax reconciliations
  • Knowledge of payroll stamping
  • Ability to create tax invoices using the CFDI format
  • Experience working with a team of over 100 members
