️ About your role

Location: Ríos Rosas 36, Madrid (Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Madrid and support HR operations across 13 countries within our organization. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes and providing exceptional service to our employees. Otovo will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic, young and international environment. You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in different HR areas with a special focus on recruitment and payroll.


️ Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate HR activities and processes for 13 countries, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Support all countries in preparing the payroll ,in particular salary data. 
  • Support our HR Team in Madrid with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities.
  • Assist our Madrid HR Team with offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the countries supported.

  • Previous experience with recruitment and other HR processes
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion (e.g salary)
  • Computer savvy
  • Written and verbal english communication skills
  • Former experience with Recruitee as ATS is an advantage
