**HR Coordinator**

En ACJV by Marriott estamos buscando un HR Coordinator que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH en la central de Pozuelo de Alcorcón.
**¿Que esperamos de ti?
**
- Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignados
- Actualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfiles
- Establecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticas
- Colaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding )
- Colaboración y ejecución en las diferentes áreas de RRHH para la creación y actualización de procedimientos
- Colaborar en la elaboración de planes de desarrollo

**Conocimientos**:

- Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc
- Nível profesional inglés (> B1)

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc
- Nível profesional inglés (> B1)
- 2-3 año de experiência
