Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sales Team Leader dwm der sich unserem DACH Sales Team in unserem Barcelona HQ anschließt

Was du tun wirst

Sei die treibende Kraft hinter dem Team von etwa 8 Sales Executives das den DACHMarkt Barcelona betreut Halte wöchentliche 1zu1Gespräche und prüfe den SalesFunnel mit dem Team um sicherzustellen dass wir unsere Ziele erreichenArbeite eng mit jedem Rep zusammen um Abschlüsse zu erzielen und Umsatzhindernisse zu beseitigenSetze monatliche Entwicklungsziele für Einzelne und bewerte die Performance des TeamsLiefere genaue Prognosen Berichte und Insights um strategische Entscheidungen zu unterstützennbsp; Coache und betreue ein erstklassiges interdisziplinäres Team Setze einen starken Fokus auf die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres SalesTeamsErkenne individuelle und TeamSchulungsbedarfeBring neue Ideen ein wie wir Sales effizienter und effektiver gestalten können Arbeite mit anderen Sales Managern und internen Stakeholdern zusammen um Bildungsmaterial zu entwickeln darunter Präsentationen SalesSkripte und relevante ProduktFeatureUpdatesEntwickle maßgeschneiderte Training Sessions basierend auf aufgezeichnetem Material und direktem Feedback von deinem Team einschließlich Nutzung von Gamifizierung Rollenspielen und PitchSimulationen

Für diese Aufgabe musst du in der Nähe unseres Zentrums in Barcelona wohnen Zusammenarbeit ist essentiell und Kern unserer Unternehmensmission aber wir möchten unserem Team flexible Arbeitsbedingungen bieten Um beides unter einen Hut zu bringen haben wir einen hybriden Arbeitsstil gewählt Es wird von dir erwartet dass du mindestens dreimal pro Woche in deinem lokalen Hub arbeitest während der Einarbeitung sind mehr Tage erwünscht um die IRLVerbindung zu maximieren
