Principales funciones:
• Impartir formación y realizar su seguimiento en los equipos correspondientes.
• Apoyo y consultoría para mejorar los flujos de trabajo y ajustes de los parámetros del equipo.
• Resolución de incidencias y escalación cuando sea necesario.
• Realización de demostraciones y soporte a venta, producto y Customer Service.
• Promocionar la venta del portfolio del departamento de aplicaciones clínicas.
• Promocionar la venta de nuevas aplicaciones dentro del marco Customer Development
Qué precisas para realizar esta función:
• Formación académica Media/Superior afín al puesto (Titulaciones relacionadas con ciencias y/o Ingenierías incluidos técnicos en radiodiagnóstico)
• Experiencia previa como especialista de aplicaciones clínicas (preferente)
• Conocimiento técnico y clínico equipamiento de referencia.
• Habilidades de comunicación.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje.
• Inglés nivel mínimo requerido B2 (Marco Europeo de Referencia)
• Imprescindible: Disponibilidad para viajar (tanto nacional como internacionalmente).
