Volem incorporar un perfil HR Business Partner per la nostra unitat de Retail per a que garanteixi la promoció, implantació i compliment de la funció de Persones i Talent a les botigues de la zona geográfica assignada, influint activament en el negoci i portant al terreny les accions locals necessàries per implementar-les amb èxit.

Què faràs?

- Asseguraràs la implementació i execució de les polítiques, processos, projectes i campanyes que reforcen la consecució dels objectius de negoci en la zona assignada, dins el marc de l’estratègia de Persones i Talent en coordinació amb les àrees corporatives.
- Asseguraràs la divulgació i ús de les eines i sistemes definits per Persones i Talent als equips de les botigues, per tal de garantir la implementació i seguiment de les polítiques i procediments fixats.
- Executaràs, juntament amb els líders de botiga, les integracions i canvis de processos i metodologia, i et responsabilitzaràs de l'eficiència dels canals de comunicació definits, avaluant i reportant les incidències i assoliments.
- Col•laboraràs en l'alineació de les estratègies de negoci amb les estratègies i operativa de Persones i Talent, escalant la identificació de necessitats derivades de canvis de procés i/o de l’evolució i creixement de la companyia.
- Participaràs de l'optimització de les botigues de la zona assignada a través de l’impuls de les accions i projectes amb l’objectiu d’impactar en els indicadors clau.
- Seràs l’interlocutor/a i enllaç entre les botigues de la zona assignada i Persones i Talent, assegurant la comunicació mútua i garantint l’escalatge de problemes i/o dificultats.
- Asseguraràs i executaràs la planificació i testeig de les solucions necessàries per noves implantacions i/o per les millores detectades, tot garantint l’alineació amb l’estratègia existent.
- Implantaràs i executaràs la metodologia d’anàlisi dels projectes per tal de proporcionar la mesura, fer seguiment de l’impacte i transferència d’aquests, i per donar feedback de forma ràpida i eficient.
- Seràs agent de canvi: impulsaràs la cultura, l’aprenentatge i l’evolució dels col•laboradors i col•laboradores de les botigues de la zona assignada.

Requisitos

Què esperem de tu?

- La teva formació en Psicologia, Relacions Laborals, ADE o formació en l’àmbit de les persones.
- La teva experiència prèvia en un rol similar dins de Recursos Humans en sector Retail.
- Els teus coneixements i experiència treballant amb Workday seran molt ben valorats.
- El teu domini amb Microsoft Office.
- Que siguis un/a apassionat/da per la gestió de les persones.
- Que disposis de permís de conduir.
