Your mission

As key member of the Procurement Team, the main purpose of your role will be to implement the Sustainable Procurement Strategy and ESG standards across the Procurement Function.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the definition of sustainable procurement objectives and the development and updating of policies of value chain. Actively participate in the definition or redefinition of procurement processes, with a focus on developing ESG aspects and ensure proper implementation. Understand requirements and align expectations of external and internal stakeholders (suppliers, NGOs, Ferrer colleagues and sector groups) Provide support to teams in the implementation of ESG aspects in procurement processes. Define, implement and monitor KPIs and contribute to ESG reporting and audit processes. Define and coordinate the supplier engagement and training program.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed 

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

Passion for sustainability. Bachelor's or Degree. Knowledge in sustainable procurement and sustainability or purchasing processes. Experience in project management or transformation projects (minimum 3-5 years) Advanced English level. Impact and influence, Team player, empathy, active listening, ability to engage teams and being able to communicate technical concepts to non-experts.
