Se requiere un technical manager de calidad, en dependencia del Director de Post-market, que se responsabilizará de analizar, monitorizar y mejorar los procesos asociados a las actividades de Post-market de dispositivos médicos para diagnóstico in vitro (IVD). Ello debe resultar en la optimización de la eficiencia de dichos procesos asegurando la calidad, seguridad y eficacia de los productos y su cumplimiento con los requisitos regulatorios aplicables así como con las necesidades del negocio.

Tus responsabilidades serán

Evaluarás sistemáticamente los procesos relacionados con la cadena de suministro, marketing, comercialización y el soporte técnico de los dispositivos médicos, proponiendo nuevos enfoques en las tareas y las responsabilidades de manera que se eliminen actividades superfluas o redundantes y que permitan generar valor al cliente y a la compañía. Evaluarás los procesos relacionados con la cadena de suministro de los dispositivos médicos, impulsando las mejoras necesarias en los flujos de trabajo que garanticen que las operaciones se realizan de forma eficiente y según las condiciones de transporte y almacenamiento especificadas y validadas, el etiquetado específico aprobado en cada país y los requisitos de trazabilidad. Estructurarás la documentación del sistema de calidad de forma que se pueda mantener y usar de manera sencilla por los diferentes grupos de usuarios involucrados. Cualificarás los servicios externos vinculados al post-market, como distribuidores, almacenes o proveedores de servicio técnico y de soporte. Realizarás auditorías internas y externas, comprobando el cumplimiento de los requisitos aplicables a dispositivos médicos para diagnóstico in vitro (IVD). Ejecutarás las tareas de gestión de calidad propias del área de post-market, por ejemplo, mantenimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo o supervisión de las actividades relacionadas. Elaborarás informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del sistema de calidad post-market, incluyendo los indicadores clave (KPIs), identificando oportunidades de mejora y las acciones correctivas y preventivas que se deriven. Asegurarás la implementación de las acciones correctivas y preventivas, coordinando las áreas implicadas y verificando la eficacia de las soluciones adoptadas.

Quién eres

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto.

Dispones de formación superior en el área de ingeniería, biotecnología o afines. Aportas experiencia mínima de cinco años en el sector farmacéutico o de dispositivos médicos, preferiblemente en áreas vinculadas al post-market (p. cadena logística o servicio técnico). Tienes conocimiento de las normas ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDR y FDA. Eres una persona con capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo. Tienes conocimiento de sistemas informáticos de gestión, tales como ERP (SAP), CRM (ServiceMax) y gestión documental (LSQM). Tienes manejo de herramientas informáticas como Excel, Word, PowerPoint Dispones de un nivel de inglés alto, mínimo B2 Tienes disponibilidad para viajar
