Employer Brand Manager

As TravelPerks Employer Brand Manager youll own the employer branding strategy for TravelPerk and be hands on in delivering against it Youll sit within our TA team and work closely with them to adapt your strategy according to market changes and internal business needsnbsp;

Youre comfortable working independently but youre an excellent communicator able to influence others and convey the cruciality of employer branding to your stakeholders Youre passionate about telling authentic stories driving our company values and engaging TravelPerk employees to maximize on your effortsnbsp;

You have creative eyes and ears are strategic and analytical and can run multiple projects simultaneously always whilst spreading great vibes at TravelPerk

What youll be doing

Define TravelPerks unique employee value proposition EVP and EVPs across different target talent groups Engineering Sales Customer Care Own and deliver on TravelPerks employer brand content strategy Youll brief video content write long and short form copy and brief design assets that reflect TravelPerks values and tone Youll lead the distribution of that content across socials blog TravelPerk careers site Run paid campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and manage reporting and analytics of those campaigns Manage TravelPerks employer branding events strategy Decide on key hiring events with sponsorships hosting and speaking opportunities Youll manage budgets logistics swag lead generation followup communications and how we drive return on investment from these events Influence key stakeholders to increase TravelPerks employee ambassador participation providing opportunities for the TravelPerk team to share about life at TravelPerk on social media speaking engagements attending events writing blogs Engage academic institutions such as colleges universities and coding bootcamps to increase awareness of TravelPerk with junior talent Support with industry employer and individual awards submissions GlassdoorIndeed manage the page respond to reviews and promote reviews from the teamnbsp;

About you

You have 5 years of relevant experience in employer branding recruitment marketingStrong copywriting skillsYou love working with creative people and can appreciate what makes a brand greatExperience managing content development and campaignsYouve worked globally you know what it takes to attract people in different countries and citiesExperience setting strategy and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholdersnbsp;Experience using data reporting andor tools to measure performance and make adjustmentsnbsp;Events management
