Position Overview:

As a German Speaking Sales Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the German-speaking market. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
