Manejo de una cartera de siniestros y realizar su seguimiento desde el denuncio del siniestro hasta su cierre. Acompañar y orientar al asegurado durante todo el proceso de liquidación resolviendo dudas, consultas o cualquier requerimiento relacionado al proceso Mantener actualizado el sistema de Siniestro de Marsh Apoyar a los ejecutivos comerciales con información de siniestros Mantener comunicación permanente con Asegurado, Compañía y Liquidadores para lograr un buen seguimiento de los siniestros Realizar Capacitaciones según requerimiento interno o externo Responder consultas del estado de los siniestros. Controlar y velar por el cumplimiento de los SLA’s establecidos para la liquidación de los siniestros, llevando el registro de los pagos de siniestros. Análisis de Cobertura-Solicitud de Antecedentes-revisar propuesta de pago-antes de la emisión del informe de liquidación, Impugnaciones Asistir a reuniones con asegurados-liquidadores -compañías según requerimientosRequisitos
Profesional Universitario, Ingeniero Comercial, Ingeniero Civil o carrera Administrativa Haber trabajado en la industria de los seguros-banca Experiencia mínima de 3 años en siniestros, en el área de liquidación o como analista de siniestro de seguro generales.
